MarketOne Builders and national industrial developer Scannell Properties (Indianapolis, IN), teamed up on this build-to-suit warehouse expansion project for America’s Tire Company in Richmond, CA. The project included a 75,000 sq ft expansion of concrete tilt-up, high bay warehouse space and renovations of 65,000 sq ft existing warehouse and office space. The project was completed in 2015.
